Spring Pasta Workshop Supper Club and Wine Tasting

£95.00

To celebrate Summer round the corner, come together for this unique, hands-on Supperclub!

Arrive for a delicious Antipasti and Prosecco pairing – Then get stuck in to dress your own focaccia dough with a selection on toppings of your choice, then bake to enjoy later with the main course.

Roll your sleeves up while Tomasso shows you how develop your own perfect pasta dough (egg, or vegan), then hand roll and handcut the pasta by hand.

You’ll then cut and shape your pasta to make papperdelle to enjoy with a special ragu sauce Tommaso has prepared, and craft some delicous tortelloni with ricotta and lemon to take home.

Sit down and enjoy your pasta and freshly baked focaccia with fellow class mates, and try along a carefully chosen Italian red and white wine to complement your creations.

To round off the evening we will then be serving a choice of our iconic Lemon merignue or tiramisu (please specify when booking).  All washed down with a delicious desert wine.

All wines carefully selected from our friends at Butler’s Wine Cellar.

YOUR TEACHER: Tommaso is a freelance Pasta Chef with over 10 years experience in hand made pasta making. Tommaso has learned the traditional techniques with his Nonna working at his family’s restaurant in Padova, Italy. He then went on to work in the food industry between London and Paris and is currently one of the event chefs for Pasta Evangelists.
